Do you charge a setup fee?
We do not charge a setup fee for any of our services.

How long does it take for you to setup my hosting account?
With shared and business hosting, your hosting account is usually setup instantly after you pay the first invoice. In rare cases, you may have to wait up to 72 hours.

Will you disable my website or email if I go over my storage or bandwidth limits?
If you exceed your storage limit, you will not be able to upload any new content until you free up some space or upgrade. If you exceed your bandwidth limit, your website may be suspended until your next billing cycle or until you upgrade.

How do I upgrade or downgrade my hosting plan?
You can upgrade and downgrade at any time in the Client Area, by emailing sales@karmichosting.com, or open a sales support ticket.

Do you provide a money-back guarantee?
We provide a 30 day money-back guarantee on any shared or business hosting plan. Try our service risk-free for 30 days, and if you don’t like it, receive a full refund.

Do you provide an uptime guarantee?
We provide a 99.9% uptime guarantee on all Karmic Hosting services. In any given month, if any service Karmic Hosting is providing you is down for more than 0.1%, you may request a credit for time without service.

Can you troubleshoot website development issues or help design my website?
We do not offer technical support for specific issues such as application configuration, programming, design, or development. We offer paid design services if you’re interested in redesigning your entire website.

What payment methods do you accept?
We prefer Google Checkout, but we also accept PayPal and Amazon Payments.
